Terms and Conditions
- Accessories, rubber parts and other parts broken due to normal wear and tear (such as blades) or user misuse are not covered by the warranty policy.
- Free service applies to work done during office hours (8 to 5pm). Service calls during Sunday, holidays and after office hours will incur overtime charge.
- For provincial service requests: transportation, meals &accommodations to be shouldered by the customer.
- Crating of goods available upon request. Charges to be shouldered by customer.
